Punny Poll #33: What Do You Think of the Comics?
Author: Nick
Category: Money
Topics: poll

Last Punny Poll, we asked you a simple question with a not-so-simple answer: Who owns the Moon? Over 50% of you answered “whoever gets there first with guns.” The rest of you answered wrong. But show them what we have for them anyway, Johnny!
It’s this lovely food processor!
All right. Time to get serious for a minute. How are you guys liking these comics I’ve been posting along with the articles lately? Obviously I’m a little worried that my incredible artistic talent will overshadow the writing… or maybe you all don’t mind that. So please take a second to fill out this survey, maybe review some of the past comics, and let me know what you think. Thanks!

I would have thought that the one of the right was fully clothed, I guess that shows what I know about stick person fashion.

This is my favorite blog because the comics are hilarious and the articles even slightly better. I love your humor.

I started reading your blog because of I went through a link to one of your comics (”How Americans say/actually use their tax returns”) on another site and thought the comic was funny (”The newest model of iPod. Every year. Forever.” really sold me since that’s my peer group). It was then soon followed by “Whoring Out Your Spouse For Fun and Profit” which I thought had a heartwarming message. It also hit a chord because my boyfriend keeps telling me I need to bring in more cash and should “hit the streets.”

Are voting for our favorite punny money posts? The CVS one still makes me laugh so hard I pee my pants every time I read it. You should republish it - with a comic.

Keep doing them. It’s your niche. They are funny and catch your interest. I don’t know any other PF blogs that have comics.

I love the comics. I do have a problem with today’s - the pixelation in your fourth frame is inadequate. I still see lots of extra sticks in there! LOL! No seriously, keep up the great work!

I keep coming back, day after sad day, in the hopes that I will see a) another comic or b) something as funny as “gas stations run out of number 4s.” Today is a good day! Hail to the Moongods!

The comics are the best part. I often have really good ideas for comics for some of my posts, but unfortunately I have no artistic talent.

I think you should stop them immediately. They are ruining your blog and I will now unsubscribe.
(if you quite drawing them for Punny Money, can you start sending them to Rocket Finance? i don’t mind if you ruin my blog, too)

I voted “very good” only because I don’t want you to stop writing. You didn’t give me a choice like “They’re fantastic! And your writing rocks, too!”

Keep them! I love them and think you bring a levity to the pf world that doesn’t exist elsewhere. Anyone can recite CNN Money, not anyone can be Nick.
