Alas, I do not share that high metabolism thing, and I am sure that the diet would indeed kill me within a week or three... or at least lead me to meet my health insurance deductible (which would also kill me within a week or three). I can't eat more than one donut - or any other fried food, actually - without getting really-really sick to my stomach. Actually, that's probably not a bad thing in my case! RIP, Julius Stickman.
