Throughout the blogathon, I’ll be sharing some of the different ways you can find your first home.
- In the newspaper. One of the few remaining good uses for a newspaper is opening it up on a Sunday morning and looking for all the open houses that were listed overnight. Some of them may have already made it to the MLS while others won’t appear until after the open house is over. And others may be For Sale By Owner and won’t show up on the MLS at all! Be sure to consult this low-tech trove of information for properties that might otherwise slip right under your radar.

In buying a house for the first time is way more hard for us to decide which is to choose. But it merely depends on the desire budget that we had. Some of the people depends on the opening of the newspapers, internet and among others. This would really help us a lot.

This year, buying a house is difficult because the prices is more bigger than before. Maybe if I were to buy, I will choose a cheap yet simple house.
