Our company a big Dot Com firm (before the bomb hit) hosted our Xmas party at the Boston Children's Museum. Imagine an open bar at a children's museum. People were walking around saying they were giants and such (which was hilarious). We were all totally sloshed and this is the only time I ever talked to my CEO. I told my husband we had to introduce ourselves. I don't know if he was drinking or not, but I did introduce myself. That was six months before I got laid off with the rest of the crew. The VC money ran out and so we all lost our jobs. It was wonderful when we had money though and had all that free booze :) Now this is the complete truth.
